Timothy Allen Shelton

Timothy Allen Shelton, of the Yuma Community in Gate City, VA died at home on November 2, 2025, aged 53.

He lived his entire life in Scott County, VA. Tim worked as a self-employed electrician.

Tim was preceded in death by his father, Donald Shelton; his niece, Alicia Shelton; his grandmother who raised him, Nettie Shelton.

He is survived by his brother, Bobby Shelton; mother, Diane Houseright; uncles and aunts, Charles and Benita Shelton, Hagan and Marsha Shelton, and Darrel and Sharon Shelton; niece, Breanna Shelton; nephews, Cory Shelton and Quentin Shelton; great-niece, Kyra; great-nephew, Draven; several cousins; long-time friends, Randy Hill and Eugene Schwartz.

Tim is to be cremated, and no service will be held. Donations in memory of Tim can be made to Scott County Animal Shelter, 186 Single Tree Rd, Gate City, VA 24251.
