May 13, 1990 — January 15, 2026

Kingsport, TN

Kellie Marie Frazier, a beloved daughter, sister, and devoted mother, passed away on January 15, 2026, in Johnson City, Tennessee. Born on May 13, 1990, in Kingsport, Tennessee, Kellie’s spirit was a beacon of love and warmth to all who knew her. As a stay-at-home mom, she poured every ounce of her heart into her children, instilling values of kindness and resilience in her daughters, Clara Marie Marshall, Maddison Grace Womack, and Addilyn Denise Womack, as well as her sons, Peyton Edward Womack, Carter Lee Marshall, and Daniel Noah Womack. Kellie's dedication to her family was unwavering, and her love knew no bounds.

Kellie's nurturing nature extended beyond her immediate family. She cherished the special connections she shared with her parents, Richard Lee Frazier, JR and Tammy Denise (Lawson) Frazier. As one of three sisters, she found joy and camaraderie in her relationships with Summer Reed, Alisha Frazier, and Kristen Frazier, each bond uniquely precious and strong. Her paternal grandmother, Shelby Frazier, also held a dear place in her heart.

Kellie had a zest for life that was evident in the way she embraced her interests. Her love for animals brought her joy, adding a vibrant layer to her personality. Kellie's laughter and loving spirit will be remembered fondly by her boyfriend, John Womack, who stood by her side through thick and thin.

Sadly, Kellie will be dearly missed not only by her immediate family but also by her extended family, which includes several nieces and nephews who were fortunate to have her in their lives. The loss is deeply felt by all who had the privilege of sharing moments with her.

Although her life was cut short, Kellie is reunited in spirit with her maternal grandparents, Garney and Dorothy Lawson, her paternal grandfather, Richard Lee Frazier, SR, and her dear nephew, Kaedryn King Goodman, who all left a lasting legacy of love.

Kellie’s life, while much too brief, was filled with devotion and love. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, January 19, 2026, at Grace City Church, 1383 Dewey Ave, Kingsport, Tennessee, with Harold Vaughn officiating, where family and friends can gather to honor the incredible impact she made during her time on this earth.

Kellie Marie Frazier’s legacy of love will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew her. Though she has departed from this world, her influence remains forever imprinted on the lives she touched.
