Charlotte Jean Gibson

Charlotte Jean Gibson, age 77, passed away on December 2, 2025.

She was born on December 29, 1947, in Poland, Ohio, to the late Charles Wilbert and Betty Jean Constable. Charlotte grew up with a love for making things with her hands and carried that passion throughout her life.

She enjoyed sewing, cooking, canning, making flower arrangements, and decorating cakes. If you visited her home, you rarely left without something homemade, something beautiful, or something prepared with love. Charlotte had a way of turning everyday moments into something special—whether it was a meal, a holiday, or a simple afternoon spent together.

She will be remembered for her creativity and the comfort she brought to the people she cared about. Her family and friends will forever treasure the memories she made with them.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Gibson; and son, Dennis McMillion.

Those left to cherish Charlotte’s memory are her children, Donnie Collings (Janine), Ronnie Collings (Beth), Terry Collings (Judi), John McMillion, Gene Collings (Dawn Hamilton), David McMillion (Donna), Keven Collings (Tony Bishop), Karen Looney (Paul), and Luke Collings; grandchildren, Veronica, Atina, Crystal, Christopher, Courtney, Joshua, Dallas, Travis, Alex, Elyse, Tommy, Katie, Austin, Jaden, Paula, Charlie and Logan; 11 great grandchildren; sister Cindy Torok; brothers, Brad and Danny Constable; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Private family services will be held.
